EDGE HOCKEY ACADEMY INC. is a year round hockey development school for players of all caliber, male and female, children and adults. We are the #1 hockey development school in the Durham region. We operate out of Iroquois Park Arena, Mc Kinney Arena, Luther Vipond Arena, Art Thompson Arena, Pickering Rec. Centre, Pickering Village Arena, Ajax Community Centre and many other rinks in Durham and the GTA. We run classes, clinics, seasonal camps, coaching seminars and players evaluations and lessons at many of these locations. EDGE HOCKEY ACADEMY INC. was established in 2001. In the past decade several of our players have advanced to hockey's highest levels. Whether it was from house league to A, AA to AAA, AAA to OHL and/or OJHL to NCAA Division 1 on a full scholarship and some who have advanced to the NHL, we are very pleased and proud of all the members of our academy. EDGE HOCKEY ACADEMY INC. is the Head of Player Development for the Whitby Minor Hockey Association. We pride ourselves in developing the players within the WMHA organization and strive to have many of the teams ranked provincially in Ontario!! Each qualified instructor brings years of playing experience and coaching/teaching several players in a hockey school, hockey camp or private hockey lessons. Our staff are qualified experienced instructors that all share a similar passion......to help hockey players to play at their maximum potential. We take pride in our teaching, provide the tools needed, correct all players skills while improving their work ethic, discipline and understanding.
